Children are very in tune with their parents; they are very aware of how we’re feeling. If we react a certain way to certain stimuli, they’re going to take it as truth. They’re going to believe the same thing.
Our children are looking to us to help them paint the picture of their world.
We cannot allow our lives to be driven by fear! We have got to live through faith.
This is the time of year when we always seem to stop and reflect on what went well, what didn’t go well, and what we’re going to do about it.
If you’ve been living in fear for a long time, it will take work and discipline to break free from that cycle of fear because it has such a powerful effect on us.
Fear robs us of hope.
Are we living like we have hope and are we spreading that hope to others?
We have to dream again! We have to hope again, to believe again, to live our lives stepping out in faith.
If we say we have faith, we have to start acting like we do because those around us need it so much and so do we.
We are at peace, we have hope, when we are pursuing and cultivating the things that God has placed within us.
We have to partner with love instead of fear.
We’re not going to wake up and suddenly everything is better. We have to choose to live differently and see things differently and do that in the midst of whatever 2022 brings.
We have to turn the news down, stop spending all our time on social media feeding this fear. We have to guard our hearts, guard our minds, guard our mouths, and change the way we’ve been doing things.
